Major Progress on South Pier

July Fourth 2023 proved to be a most successful day for our Waterfront Park. We got two new floats in place plus our new runway installed.

Contractor Robbie Campbell showed up with boom truck, mooring blocks etc. and got the ball rolling, Devyn Campbell and his boat worked closely with Robbie, who were assisted by Tim Brown, Randy Durgin, and others. Ronnie's wife ran the boom truck. It was very much a team effort and a fine outcome. There is still another float to be hooked up and some other adjustments to be made before that part of our project is fully completed.

We owe our participants a well deserved vote of thanks. This is a major and genuine accomplishment.  The fishermen present on the dock were most appreciative of our  improvements to Boothbay Harbor's Working Waterfrontfront.
